第１１回ＪＡＳＳ総会議案書作成作業
午前中、京都産業大学研修生受け入れについて、
バオミン・ベトナム事務所長と打ち合わせ。
オートバイ研修センター・修理工場の実情調査。
午後、２００５年２月６日に行われる「第１１回ＪＡＳＳ総会」の
議案書作成作業を行う。２００４年度の総括について文書を
まとめる。特に「子どもの家」の子どもたちの数、成績、進学、
職業訓練をしている子どもたちの職種、人数などを確認する。
２００４年度、全体的にどのような前進があったのか、どのような
問題があったのか、２００５年度に向けて何を改善し、２００５年度
ＪＡＳＳは何をしようとしているのかを明らかにする必要がある。
これから１週間ほどかけて議案書の小山原案を作り、役員会
の皆さんに検討して頂く予定である。その後、１月に帰国し
役員会の会合を開き更に論議し、１月３０日（日）の日本事務所会議
（１３：３０～）で総会提出議案として最終確定していく計画である。
小山原案が出来た時点でＪＡＳＳホームページにも掲載し、
多くの支援者の皆さん、市民の皆さん、関心のある方々からの
ご意見もお受けし、議案の内容を一層豊かなものにしたいと
思っている。小山原案をホームページに掲載するのは、
ＪＡＳＳが社会的な存在であり、社会に何らかの役割りをもった
団体だからである。会員だけで方針を決めるのではなく、
多くの市民の皆さんからの批判を含めたご意見を伺うと言う
姿勢が大事である。これからのＮＧＯ，ＮＰＯ、ボランティア団体は
常に社会からの批判を受けながら活動する義務があると自覚している。
午後５時過ぎ、ドンバ市場まででウオーキング。５０分。
チャンティエン橋前の「サイゴンモーリンホテル」は既に
クリスマスモードとなっていた。

京滋Youの会では春に続き、12月5日にチャリティ-バザーを
行いました。以下は京都新聞12月3日、洛西版の記事です。
『ベトナムのストリートチルドレンを支援するチャリティ-バザーが
５日午前10時から午後4時まで長岡京市調子二丁目の旧みや
こ信金の建物で開かれる。写真展やベトナムコーヒーの模擬店
も出され子どもたちへの支援を呼び掛ける。ベトナムのフエ市を
拠点に就学支援や職業訓練に取り組む日本のNGO
「ベトナム子どもの家を支える会」の支援者で作る
「京滋YOUの会」の主催。趣旨に賛同した洋服メーカーから提供
を受けたスカートやスーツ、コートなどを販売し、収益は支える会
を通じて子どもたちに直接届ける』
当日は心配された雨も上がり、朝からお客さんで賑わいました。
お手伝いのボランティア20人がVOWインターナショナル様から
提供していただいた約1300枚の服を売りました。安さもあって
515枚、約63万円を売り上げました。子どもたちの刺繍製品や
カンパ等は7万円でした。ボランティアにはこの秋、
京都国際交流センターで行われた「ベトナム語講座」に通って
この会を知った方の参加もあり、新しい人の輪が広がっています。
