札幌の会 鹿又さん「子どもの家」訪問：渡辺和代さん帰国
快晴。暑い。
午前７時朝食。ブンボー（フエ名物米うどん）、ヨーグルト、
豆乳（飲めなかった）。
６日前から「ぬか漬け」を試作している。
ベトナムの米ぬかで日本で漬けているぬか漬けができるか？
漬け始めて６日目の今日、見事にぬか床が完成。
醗酵度合いも丁度良い。酸っぱさも見事に出ている。
日本より醗酵進度が少し速い。日本料理店で美味しい
ぬか漬けを出すことが出来る。次は、何とか手作り納豆を
完成させたい。納豆菌の培養はなかなか難しい。
午前８時、ベトナム事務所へ。午前８時半写真撮影。
「京滋YOUの会」の水本さんが１ヶ月の日程で「子どもの家」へ。
図書室の管理・整理などを担当してくれる。いつもながら水本
さんのご支援に感謝。早速、ベトナム事務所と「子どもの家」に
中秋祭の「月餅」を差し入れしてくれる。
午前９時、札幌の会の鹿又さんと友人の方が
ベトナム事務所へ。鹿又さんは１０年前から札幌の会の
会員として「子どもの家」の支援を続けている。
仕事がビデオなどの専門職ということで、私の札幌講演会
のビデオをDVDにしてくれたり、多くの私のテレビ番組の
ダビングを無料でしてくれている。
「子どもの家」の里子も長年してくれている。
午前９時半、鹿又さんと友人、ミンさん、私で
「子どもの家」へ。
「子どもの家」ではセン委員長と挨拶。
早速里子のMENさんに対面。現在メンさんはミシン縫製の
研修をしている。鹿又さんはメンさんにサウスポー用の
縫製はさみ洋裁の本をプレゼント。
午前１１時過ぎ、フォンザンホテル社長と昼食会
午後、ベトナム事務所で仕事。
午後５時半、鹿又さん・吉田さんと夕食。
午後５時４０分の飛行機で日本事務所の渡辺和代さんが
帰国。小児がん・小児白血病のこどもたちへの支援が
進むことを祈る。また、これからも里親・里子担当、宜しく。
