訪問者への対応：諸文書の作成・・・・・
終日、雨。
急に気温がさがりフエの人は頭が痛い・体調が悪いと
言っている。
午前７時半、昨日「子どもの家」を退所したＡ君が
東京平和産業１階に建築中の日本料理店の建築工事
の手伝いを始めた。朝７時半～午後５時まで。
こうして体を動かして仕事をすることで人生の何かを
掴んで欲しい。Ａ君の心の闇が何なのかを知りたい。
体を動かして仕事をする中で、心が癒されることを願う。
午前８時半、ベトナム事務所へ。新潟の鈴木さん親子が
ベトナム事務所を訪問。娘さん（高校の先生）が大学生の
頃、私の活動をテレビで見たとのこと。それから一度
「子どもの家」を訪問してみたいと思っていたらしい。
今回、ツアーに参加したが、今日は自由時間だったそうで
「子どもの家」訪問を実現した。
また、６月に早稲田大学で国際協力論の授業をしたが、
その授業が終わったあと、私のところに来て
「子どもの家」を訪問したいと言って来た安田さんと友人。
３０分ほど話をし、税田さんが各施設を案内した。
私は午前９時から１０時半まで静岡の「静岡インターナショナル
スクール」の川島教頭先生と懇談。
日本語学校の運営、静岡の学校の現状などを意見交換する。
午後２時過ぎ、川島教頭先生、鈴木さん、安田さんは
日本語学校を参観。
午後２時から「２００４年度ボランティア貯金完了報告書」
の作成に入る。
福島大学佐野ゼミ受け入れけ計画を作成し送る。
日本料理店に勤める「子どもの家」の子どもたち３人の
料理研修計画を立てる。
８月２８日から取材に来るテレビ東京の取材日程の調整
計画を立てる。
ベトナム事務所に５年間勤めた舟山裕行さんから電話。
８月１６日から２１日までフエに来るとのこと。
ベトナム事務所で活動し、地元の女性と結婚。２人の
お子さんがいる。舟山夫妻・お子さんと会えるのを
楽しみにしている。
１年間、「アトピー友の会」機関紙「あとぴナビ」に
連載を書いた。１年間の連載を小冊子にしてくれるとの
こと。そのために写真が必要とのことで「火炎樹」「フォン川」
「ドンバ市場」「子どもの家」「子どもたち」などの写真を
ファイル・ＣＤから探し送信。
夕食後、「子どもの家」へ。
Ａ君の暴行を受けたＬ君の様子を見に行く。
精神的に打撃を受けていないか？ 打撲の状況は
どうなているのか？ どんな生活の様子か？
いたって元気だった。寮母さんの話では、夕食も
４杯食べたそうだ。
６歳児の心の傷がどの程度なのかはもう少し時間をかけて
観察の必要がある。宿直の寮母さんにも６歳児の観察を
頼む。６歳児は２階の女子の部屋に寝ているそうだ。
２０分ほど、６歳児と話をする。予想外に元気だった。
顔の傷も大分薄らぐ。元気に廊下で暴れまわっていた。
２年前に「子どもの家」を退所したフック君（２０歳）が
遊びに来ていた。フック君は現在理髪店で働いている。
朝８時から午後５時。月から日まで毎日仕事だとのこと。
月給は５０万ドン（５０００円程度）。下宿をかり３食と
お小遣い程度にはなる金額である。
「子どもの家」で生活し、職業訓練を行い、こうした
形で自立する子どもを見るのは、支援冥利に尽きる。
