ベトナム帰国準備①
終日曇り。蒸し暑い。
昨日から３連休。
昨夜は帰宅が遅かった。
今日は、午前中、寝ていた。
昼過ぎ、ウオーキング。高島平団地商店街で買い物。
ニラ３束１００円。トウモロコシ３つ１５０円。
ブランチは、茹でたニラ、冷奴、谷中しょうがと味噌、
枝豆、ソフト鮭トバ、納豆そして主食のビール（小缶ビール１）。
軽く酔いながら「友がみな我よりえらく見える日は」（上原隆著
：幻冬舎アウトロー文庫）を読む。
著者は私とほぼ同年代（２つ下）。１４章の短編。
第１章「友よ」を読む。一緒に大学で学生運動をした仲間で
公務員だった田島が離婚し、酔ってマンションから落ちる。
頭部打撲で両目失明。著者が病院にお見舞いに行く場面
を描写している。何でもない場面ではあるが、人生で「勝者」
になれなかった人間の味わいを感じる。途中でうとうとする。
テレビを見る。ＮＨＫ教育をつけると偶然ではあるが、
見覚えのある顔がうつる。午後３時「しゃばり場スペシャル」。
「不登校経験者の出発」三鷹フリースペースの面々。
ちひろ、ゆうぞう。ふたりとも２回、「子どもの家」に
来ている。ちひろ君は小学校高学年の時（現在１６歳）。
ゆうぞう君は現在１８歳。「子どもの家」に来た時に
私がつけてニックネームが「金髪男」。「子どもの家」に
来て金髪だったが、数日後に緑に変わっていた。
番組は１時間。二人の自立への歩みを淡々と伝えている。
二人が「子どもの家」へ来てから５～６年経つ。
二人の精神的な成長に驚く。佐藤洋作さんや回りの
大人の忍耐強い触れ合いも大変だったろうと推測する。
午後４時頃、ＪＡＳＳ日本事務所の加藤健司さんが
我が家を訪問。夏のツアーなどの打合わせをする。
先日、行った横浜市立丸山台中学校での講演会の
生徒感想文を頂く。
２０日のフエ帰国諸準備。
今回はパソコン１台。ピアニカ１台。絵本、クレヨン
医薬品などをベトナムへ持って行くよう頼まれ、
小さなスーツケースに入らず、荷物整理に工夫が
必要である。明日、再度整理の予定。
夕食は再度、「他人丼」に挑戦。今日はうまく出来る。
就寝前、足にお灸を据える。
大学時代の友人大極安子さんがお灸と「つぼ」を
書いた資料を送ってくれた。
大極さんの解説だと「お灸」は「火」を「久しく」するとのこと。
毎日のように据えてはじめて効果がでることがあるらしい。
今夜は足のつぼ「三里」（腰痛などに効果）と「三陰交」
（内臓・・・）へ。
