税田真理子さんフエ到着
午前８時半、ベトナム事務所員全員集合。
福田副代表「フエ名誉市民賞」受賞お祝いのメッセージを書き、
福田副代表に送る。
ベトナム事務所で仕事。
日本テレビ、２年３年４年５年のクラス全員のアンケートの
集計が出来上がる。日本テレビに送る。
午前中、バンベ２７号原稿（JASS１１回総会と今後の活動）
の資料読み。総会提案活動報告、方針などに目を通し、
原稿の概略を考える。
午後１時、メール返信。１４通。
バンベ原稿を書き上げる。２５００字程度。
カット用の写真を探すが見当たらない。
太平観光の北垣会長に電話。コックホック高校に出していた
奨学金を中止し、ナムドン山岳少数民族の小学生に上げたい
との提案をした。コックホック高校はベトナム３つの国立高校
ということもあり、多くの海外支援団体から奨学金が寄せられ
るようになった。私たちが奨学金支給を始めた頃は、それほど
多くはなかった。しかし、海外支援というものの一般的な傾向
で、支援が１箇所に集中することがある。コックホック高校の
奨学金もそうした傾向を持っている。最近はコックホック高校
へ入学する生徒の家庭環境も大きく変化し、奨学金を必要と
する貧しい家庭の子どもたちが入学できなくなってきた。
幼稚園時代から進学塾に入り、レロイ小学校→グエンチフーン
中→コックホック高校へ入るベトナム中部最高の進学エリート
コースとなっている。幼稚園・小学校・中学と毎日進学学習塾
に通える子どもたちが多く入学するコックホック高校への
奨学金はもはや必要なくなったと判断。
先日、ナムドン山岳少数民族の「THUONG LO 小学校」
を視察した。１７０人の小規模なカトィー族の学校だが、
１００人が極貧生活をしているという。子どもたちは、
破れたシャツを着ていた。北垣会長と相談し、９月から
THUONG LO 小学校へ奨学金を支給することとなった。
午後７時、ミンさん、松下さん、中村さんと一緒にフエ空港へ。
新しくベトナム事務所員として赴任する京滋ＹＯＵの会の
税田真理子（さいた）さんの出迎え。
定刻７時４０分にホーチミン市からのプロペラ機が到着。
たくさんの荷物を持ち、元気な顔を見せてくれた。
車で２０分。トンチンカンホテルへ到着。ホテルではオーナーの
ディンラーム・ベトナム事務所員が待機。
税田さんの部屋の改修もすっかり終わり、直ぐに住めるよう
各種設備も整備。
●税田さんの部屋で
午後８時半から近くの大衆食堂で食事。
税田・ミン・松下・中村・原（日本語学校を終えて合流）
トンチンカンホテル帰着午後１０時頃。
税田真理子さんの健康とフエでの生活に慣れることを祈る。
