ベトナム事務所員全員会議
晴天。気温３０度。
午前８時半、ベトナム事務所員全員会議。
議題は以下のよう。
①静岡市長などフエ訪問団受け入れ態勢
５月８日からＪＡＳＳ静岡の会（２人）、５月９日から静岡市長など
市役所（３人）、静岡ライオンズクラブ（３人）、合計８人の
訪問団がやってくる。５月１２日までの滞在。
「子どもの家」、「静岡フエ青年交流会館」付属日本語学校、
友好都市提携報告会、レセプション、観光などを行う。
ベトナム事務所員全員で分担し、フエ市人民委員会と
協力して接待に当たる。
②新ベトナム事務所員ー税田真理子さんの受け入れ態勢
・ベトナム事務所内机配置、机・椅子購入、各所鍵、
自転車整備。事務所での仕事、設備等説明
・５月１６日（月）午前８時半、ベトナム事務所員との顔合わせ
・５月１６日（月）午後５時、歓迎会（全員参加）
・５月１７日（火）午前９時、「子どもの家」へー紹介
・フエ市人民委員会、各機関への紹介
③JASS機関誌「バンベー」２７号執筆分担
ベトナム事務所員会議終了後、サン・ベトナム事務所員の
誕生会。
みんなで書いた｢寄せ書き」を贈る。
午前１０時。ハンさん、ミンさんと刺繍関係の打ち合わせ。
現在日本の大手衣料会社から刺繍の引き合いが来ている。
既に見本を送り、生産を始める段階となっている。
また、HPをみてロンドンとニューヨークで刺繍デザインを
勉強した方から７種類の見本依頼を受け、先日、大極さんに
日本まで持って行ってもらった。
今後、刺繍依頼・注文が増えた場合の刺繍みやげ物店の
態勢をどうするか協議。
午後２時、フォンザングループ総支配人と２時間ほど懇談。
