近畿ＪＣツアー、ＯＤＡ申請書、日本入国ビザ作成
午前９時、ミンさんと「子どもの家」へ。近畿青年会議所ツアー
の事前最終準備。
センさん・ロックさん・キムアンさんと打ち合わせ。
近畿ＪＣ（８２人（、「子どもの家」、スタッフなど総計１７０人分の
食事の打ち合わせ。
●セン委員長・ロック寮長・キムアンさん
・４月２２日昼食は「焼ソバ」「ご飯」
１７０人分の日本風の焼ソバを作るため食材の打ち合わせ。
・４月２２日夕食は「焼き肉」「ブンボーフエ」
・４月２３日昼食はカレーライス
それぞれの料理に必要な食材を何キロ買うか、必要な
調理用具（鍋、まな板、包丁・・・）の個数などを確認。
「子どもの家」の子どもたちはテレビを見たり、ミシンの
研修をしていた。
午後、ベトナム事務所でミン・ベトナム事務所とＯＤＡ申請書に
添付する「３社見積り」を細かく分析する。
３月２２日、ハノイの日本大使館に提出するＯＤＡ申請書の
最終チェック。いくつか不具合が見つかった。再度、必要な
資料（写真、地図、設計図、見積書・・・）を総点検することにした。
今回は、ミン・ベトナム事務所長が精力的に動いてくれ
何とか３月１９日（３月２０日にハノイへ行く）までにＯＤＡ資料が
出来そうである。
夕方、バオミン・ベトナム事務所長とフエ市長など７人の訪日幹部の
日本入国ビザ取得関連の書類のチェック。
未だにパスポートを作っていない幹部がいることが判明。
３月１９日までに私の手に全ての資料が届かないと日本大使館に
届かない。悩みの種である。
昨日もらった薬が少し効いてきたのか体調は少し楽になった。
明日は高校同級生を迎えにホーチミン市へ行く。
到着は午後１０時２０分。ホテル着は午後１１時頃。
明後日は朝５時半にホテルをでて、ホーチミン空港経由フエへ。
