ＯＤＡ草の根支援申請作業
ランコービーチ列車脱線転覆事故。
今日のテレビ報道によると、交通省と保険会社の話し合いで
事故の死者には「２０００ドル」（約２１万円）、負傷者には
２００ドル（２万１千円）のお見舞金が支給されることになった。
医療費は全額保険から出るとのこと。
ベトナムでは一人の命が２０万円なのである。
午前８時半、バオミン・ベトナム事務所とキムロン病院内
障害児医療センターへ。宇都宮縫製工業協同組合から
寄贈された工業用ミシン５０台の写真を撮る。
ＯＤＡ草の根支援申請書添付用。ミシンと台を切り離し倉庫に
保管している。
その足で縫製工場（縫製研修センター）建設予定地である
オートバイ研修センターへ。
設計図作成会社の社長と設計士と落ち合う。
以前依頼しておいた設計図が出来上がった。７５０㎡ほどの
研修施設である。
「子どもの家」自立の最終段階として重要な施設である。
３月２２日のハノイ大使館にもって行き、大使・ＯＤＡ担当者に
説明する予定である。合わせてフエ市長など７人のベトナム人の
訪日ビザ申請書も持っていく。
午後３時、ベトナム事務所でミン・ベトナム事務所と懇談。
縫製研修センター申請書類の見積書の分析を行う。
午後５時、東京から来た平本さんと１時間ほど話し合う。
その後、平本さん、ラームさんと一緒に夕食を取る。
平本さんは太平観光の長年のお客さんである。
レストランに偶然、若林さんもいたので、一緒に夕食を摂った。
若林さんは、午後７時から「子どもの家」の日本語学校視察の
ため途中で退席。

今日はまた、体調を崩す、７度５分の発熱。鼻水と喉の痛さ。
これから２週間、休みが取れないので急遽、薬をもらう。
