１日中雨。夕方大雨。元秋さん帰国。
数日前から雨模様。今日は朝から雨。１日中雨だった。
午前中は、ミン・ベトナム事務所長と研修生派遣会社に行き、研修生に話をする。
午後、２００５年総会議案書の構想を考える。メール送信。
午後３時半過ぎ、ベトナム事務所へ。札幌から来た元秋さん、友人と話す。

夕方ベトナム事務所からの帰りは大雨でびしょぬれとなる。
夕食後、「静岡フエ青年交流会館」付属日本語学校参観。
坂本文子先生が中級クラスを福田もえ子先生が日本語ガイドクラスを教えていた。
日本へ行ったソン君も中級クラスで熱心に日本語を学んでいた。
