支援物資贈呈（３月１５日①）
日本でお預かりした支援物資を「子どもの家」で子どもたちに渡す。
左（上原祥子さんより写真とアルバム）

右（一色典子さんより里子アンちゃんへ）
上原祥子さんは昨年「子どもの家」でピアノコンサートをされた音楽家。その際、「子どもの家」の子どもたちの写真をたくさん撮って頂いたが、今回、一人一人にアルバムを作り、写真を入れて子どもたちに贈呈して頂いた。アルバムと写真を見せると、子どもたちは大騒ぎで一時「子どもの家」は騒然となった。多くの子どもたちは、生まれて「子どもの家」へ来るまでの写真をもっていない。こうして写した写真をアルバムで持っているいるということは、将来、子どもたちの大きな記念となる。「子どもの家」で生活した証にもなる。上原さんに感謝。
内田征子さんは、ホーチミン市生まれ。生年月日不明。多分４０代か？
毎年夏の「バーベキュー大会」、冬の「クリスマス会」を高橋花博士、柳沢幸子女史と寄贈している。今回は、男子が大好きなサッカーボールと空気入れセットを寄贈。早速男子は「子どもの家」の庭でサッカーに興じていた。
６年程前、アンちゃん（当時５歳）の心臓病が悪化し、死の寸前となった。緊急の心臓病手術が必要となった。費用は数十万円。一色典子さんたち国際ソロプチミスト東京ー東の皆さんが手術代を寄贈。
アンちゃんはホーチミン市の心臓専門病院へ行き手術を実施。手術は無事成功した。手術後、一色典子さんが里親となりアンちゃんの家庭の生活を支えてきた。それから６年。現在１１歳のアンちゃんは、５年生となり、９月からは中学に進級するという。手術後は、普通の子どもたちと同じように駆け出したり、スポーツも自由に出来るようになった。成績は最優秀（昔の日本流に言えばオール５）。父親はオートバイタクシーに運転手。こうして国際ソロプチミスト東京ー東、一色典子さんの支援で一人の女の子の命が救われた。そして、アンちゃんの希望豊かな将来を開くことが出来たのである。素晴らしい。一色さん、国際ソロプチミスト東京ー東の皆様に感謝。今回は２月２２日の総会に出席された里親の一色典子さんからアンちゃんへのお土産を預かる。小さなタオルとシャンプー・リンスセットなど。
