ＬＹ君が帰って来た
午前中雨。午後晴天。
午前９時、研修生派遣支援事業で日本へ行く縫製研修生に訪日の諸注意を行う。日越間の習慣の違い等。

１９９７年に放映されたテレビ東京「ドキュメンタリー人間劇場」で路上生活をしている所を見つけたＬＹ君であった。当時１０歳。ＬＹ君は３歳の時から諸事情がありフエの公園で生活していた。
「子どもの家」に入所したが、友達とけんかを繰り返し、なかなか「ヤンチャ」な子どもだった。小学校１年生に入学。
しっかりと勉強し成績も段々良くなって来た。４年間「子どもの家」で生活したが、３年前に突然ホーチミン市へ家出してしまった。「子どもの家」でも色々と心配し探したが、本人はどうしてもホーチミン市にいたいと言って帰ってこなかった。
３日前、テレビ大阪の取材収録中に突然「寅さん」のように黒いバッグを持って「子どもの家」へ戻って来た。しばらく「子どもの家」で生活し、今後の身の振り方を考えることとなった。
７年前に「子どもの家」へ連れてきた時はまだ子どもだったが、今や立派な「お兄さん」だ。１０年間の活動の重みを感じる。
日本教育公務員弘済会機関紙に１年間「ベトナムの教育事情」を連載する。１２回。午後、連載の年間計画を立てる。
午後４時、床屋に行くが、いつもの床屋さんがいないので明日に延期。１０年間、この人に散髪してもらっている。既に２ヶ月間、床屋に行っていない。
午後４時半、久しぶりに雨が止んだのでドンバ市場まで散歩。フランス人の観光客がたくさん来ていた。
研修生派遣支援事業で若干のトラブルあり。この数日で解決しなければならない。
