ＪＡＳＳ第１０回総会⑤（二人の歓迎会）
総会終了後、訪日寮母さんの歓迎会が行われた。
８０人ほどの参加者があり、盛大かつ暖かな雰囲気の会となった。

歓迎会は柴田副代表と野村、熊崎トリオの司会で始まり、フエ市人民委員会よりの感謝状贈呈が行われた。フエ市人民委員会は、「子どもの家」創設１０周年を記念して外国人では初めての感謝状贈呈を行った。私がフエ市人民委員会に代わり以下の方々に贈呈。
①こうばこの会（視覚障害者の語りの会）
②ＹＯＮＡＯＳＨＩ ボランティア 赤い顔
③太平観光北垣善男会長
以下の諸団体は後日私が直接感謝状をお持ちすることになっている。

⑦国際ソロプチミスト京都ー西山
歓迎会の通訳はベトナム事務所で４年間子どもたちやラームさんの観光支援を行っていた舟山裕行さんと結婚したフエのＴＨＵＹさん。舟山ＴＨＵＹさんと舟山裕行さんとの間には、９ヶ月の「レンちゃん（蓮ちゃん）がいる。
多くの支援者が歓迎会には参加していた。
日本のベトナム政治学研究の第一人者である中野亜里先生。
赤い顔の直井さん、上原さんご一家など多くの方が参加された。
続いてＫＩＭ ＡＮＨさん、ＰＨＵＯＮＧさんの挨拶。
小山よりＰＨＵＯＮＧさんへ１０年間永続勤務への感謝状の贈呈を行う。ＰＨＵＯＮＧさんは、「退職はしたくない。これからも引き続き仕事をしたい」との希望を表明した。
歓迎会は和気藹々、家庭的な雰囲気の中で行われ、午後７時過ぎにお開きとなる。
