Ｋ大学との懇談
午前中、昨日の「第１０回総会」「フオンさん・アンさん歓迎会」を日記に書く。５回分。
昼過ぎ自宅を出て、赤坂見附にある「地球の歩き方」本社へ。
Ｋ大学関係者と懇談。山西・福田副代表と一緒に。Ｋ大学の学生を「子どもの家」等へ派遣し、ボランティア体験をするプログラムの打ち合わせ。

右（大極さんにもらった花粉症のお灸）
「地球の歩き方」の仲介で実施予定。充実した内容になるよう打ち合わせを行う。
午後６時過ぎ帰宅。昨日の総会で大学同級生の大極さんから杉花粉症に効く「ツボ」を教えてもらい、その上、お灸をもらった。早速、背中のツボにお灸を据える。
全く熱くなかった。今日は風も強く、花粉症の症状が強く出ている。鼻水、喉の痛み、目のかゆみ。
