忙しい1日でした。
午前中、歯医者へ。麻酔をかけての治療を行う。午後4時過ぎまで口の右半分が麻痺していた。ベトナムにいると病院での治療や診断などが出来ない。日本へ帰った時に歯や心臓、健康診断などを行い、ベトナムで健康に子どもたちの支援が出来るよう気をつけている。
昨年9月から作り始めた「ぬか床」がしっかりとしてきた。かぶやセロリなどを漬ける。
午後、日本教育公務員弘済会機関紙原稿2000字（2004年5月分）の草稿を書く。明日仕上げ。
2月22日のJASS第10回総会で披露するベトナム事務所活動のビデオの編集。ベトナム事務所が管轄している5つの施設を紹介するビデオを作る。約60分のデジタルテープを8分間のVHSに編集した。かなりの時間を要す。
夕方、食材の買出し。夕食作り。
杉花粉症「発症」。鼻水とくしゃみ、目のかゆみ。歯医者で麻酔をかけた。口と鼻の右半分が麻痺状態。鼻水が垂れても自覚がない。歯の治療中、鼻水が出たようなのだが、自覚がないので「関係者」の皆様に大変ご迷惑をおかけしたようだ。「鼻はだ失礼」。
