日本料理店仮開店：福島大ゼミ
晴天。猛暑。
午前6時半、日本料理店開店準備。
ベトナム事務所員・日本語学校の先生たちは
早朝から日本料理店の準備を始める。食事、飾りつけ・・・・。
午前10時準備終了。のれんをかける。全員で記念写真。
午前11時前後からお祝いに訪れるベトナム人多数。合計30人。
11種類の和食を提供する。
インゲンのごま和え
コロッケ
肉じゃが
串揚げ
ちらし寿司
「子どもの家」の子どもたちも料理・接客に大活躍
警備員リー君
午後1時半、開店祝い終了。その後、ベトナム事務所員・関係者
一同で昼食反省会。
午後2時半。日本料理店開店の1日は終わる。
午後5時から福島大学経済学部ゼミに話をする予定だったが
行き違いで午後6時から午後7時半まで話をする。
その後、ミン・ベトナム事務所長も交えて福島大学ゼミと
夕食会。帰宅は午後10時。
福島大アジア経済ぜみ日本料理店訪問
福島大ゼミ生に話をする。
明日は午前5時半からテレビ取材。
