郵政法案否決を喜ぶ
晴天。猛暑。
午前８時半、日本料理店関係者第１回目打ち合わせ。
小山・ラーム・ホン（店長：ラームの奥さん）ホンニー・
グエット（「子どもの家」の子どもたち）、税田・松下。
日本料理店の目的・組織・オーナー・今後の日程等を
打ち合わせる。
（目的）「子どもの家」の子どもたちの就職研修の場
（組織）店長はホンさん（ラームさんの奥さん）
（店員）グエット・ホンニー
（警備員）りー
（今後の日程）松下先生のボランティアで接客用の
日本語を教えてもらう。
９月３日に仮開店の予定
午前１１時５０分。参議院本会議で郵政法案が否決された。
賛成 １０８票 反対１２５票。
喜ばしいことである。３４０兆円もの大金をアメリカ資本と
日本の大資本に引き渡す必要はない。現在、郵政公社が
独立採算制でしっかりと機能しているのに、完全民営化
の意味はない。小泉自爆首相の個人的な「趣味」
でこうした政治ゲームが行われることこそファシズムである。
小泉自爆首相だけが「郵政民営化」を主張し、自民党執行部
でさえ、今、郵政民営化をする必要はないと思っているので
ある。一個人の趣味的政策で国会ばかりでなく、国民・日本
そのものが大混乱している。外務省が好きな言葉で言えば
「国益」が大幅に損なわれているのである。
北京の六者協議では日本は霞んでしまった。全く存在感がない。
国連の安保常任理事国入りも挫折。
大増税・年金削減など庶民の生活が大きく変わろうとている、
こうした大きな課題はどこかに飛んで行ってしまった。
このニュースはＣＮＮで同時中継されていた。
ベトナム事務所のミンさんもベトナム時間で午前１１時５０分
にＣＮＮの同時中継を見ていてそうだ。
郵政法案否決は世界中に同時中継された。
午後６時、ベトナム事務所から帰りテレビを見ると
国会は解散されていた。八つ当たり・自爆解散である。
道理と大義なき解散。郵政法案の賛否を問うための
解散など道理がない。
この際、小泉自爆自民党に懲罰を加える必要がある。
９月１１日投票とのこと。
日本料理店の話し合いをしている時、「子どもの家」の
セン委員長から緊急連絡。「子どもの家」で大問題が
起こっているので直ぐ来て欲しいとのこと。
ミン・ベトナム事務所と急いで「子どもの家」へ。
「子どもの家」で大きな暴力事件が発生。
１７歳の男子が６歳の男児に暴力を加え、大怪我を
させた。毛布で６歳男児をす巻きにし棒で殴ったり
頭を水につけたりと暴行を繰り返した。
地元警察も来ていた。男児は緊急に病院で治療。
体中にあざができ、怯えていた。
セン委員長・ロック寮長・小山・ミン・フエ市人民委員会、
警察で問題の対応策を協議。警察が１７歳の男子を
事情聴取。
情報を集めると、以前から１７歳男子は「子どもの家」で
暴力を支配を行っていたことがわかった。
子どもたちは１７歳男子が怖くて言いなりになっていた模様。
更に詳しく調べると、２０歳の男子など年上の男子も
１７歳男子の暴力支配に怯え、使い走りをしていたことが
分かった。
とりあえず、「子どもの家」での暴力支配体制を崩壊
させ、子どもたちが安心して生活できる「子どもの家」を
取り戻す必要がある。１７歳男子の一時「子どもの家」
からの分離が必要である。
フエ市人民委員会
午後２時半からミン・ベトナム事務所長、税田さんと
当面の諸問題（「子どもの家」暴力事件等）について
午後５時まで協議。
