１日 休暇
終日曇り。蒸し暑い。
午前中、昨日の現地ｊ報告会に参加された方にお礼状を
書く。
午後、徒歩３０分にあるコジマ電器へ買い物。
プリンターのインク。往復１時間歩く。
途中、郵便局で５通ほどの郵便を出す。
納豆菌を買うため、現金書留で山形の納豆菌研究所に
送金。
小さい郵便局には大勢の人が来ていた。
近くの大学生がサークルか何かの郵便、数百通を
出していた。受付の人は延々と数百通の封筒を数えている。
１０人ほどの人が待っている。後ろに管理職のような人が
ボーッとしているがお客には無関心。１０分、２０分と時間は
経過してゆく。「一言」と思ったが、疲れるからやめた。
やっと大学生の郵便の山がなくなりかけた頃、ブラブラしていた
管理職が手伝いに来た。
郵政民営化問題がこれほど世間の話題になっているのに
この「親方日の丸」振りには、言葉が出ない。
この郵便局で仕事をしている人は、世間の動きと全く
関係なく生きているようである。自分の身分や将来が
大きく変動しようとしている事態の理解が弱いのか・・・。
先日、ボランティア貯金の決定書交付式に出席し
生田総裁の挨拶を聞いた。地域社会に密着した
郵便局になるよう努力しているとの話しだったが、
現場には「危機感」がないようだ。組織が大きくなりすぎると
恐竜と同じように自滅してくのだろうか？
コジマ電器まで高島通りを歩いた。通りの両側に大型車両が
止まり、運転手がエンジンをかけたまま、車中で眠ったり、
休憩していた。二酸化炭素排出問題、ガソリンの値上げなど
を考えると、いかにももったいない話だ。運転手さんの疲れた
顔で居眠りしている様子を見ると、何だか悲哀を感じた。
超過密労働を強いられ、眠る時間もなくし仕事しているのかと
も思える。喫茶店やファミレスで休むお金や車の駐車代などを
考えるとこうした方法しかないのか？
小池環境大臣、クールビズも良いが、車の運転席で仮眠する
労働者がいる「豊かな日本」の現実を何とかするのも
政治ではないだろうか？
夕方、西台駅前の本屋へ。
「通風はビールを飲みながらでも治る」という何とも
強い味方の本があった。直ぐに買った。
通風がひどくなると痛いとの話しを聞く。
ビールが一番悪いとの話しも良く聞く。今、私から
ビールを取ったら何が残るのかなどと言う気はないが、
出来たらビールは飲みたい、通風は治したいと思って
いた。まやかしの本でないことを祈る。
「不屈のために」（著：斉藤貴男、筑摩文庫）を読む。
日刊ゲンダイなどに書いた文書をまとめたもの。

行動もしていることである。言行一致。
今の日本のお偉いさんにない姿勢である。

夕方、糠床の整備。
