発熱で近くの病院へ
一昨日から自宅のパソコンが故障。日記やメールが読めなく
なった。今日、午後、次男が直してくれる。
メールを開く。３６通のメール受信。読むだけでも大変。
昨夕から体調を壊し、寝ている。３８、５度の発熱はさすがに
食欲がなくなる。昨日は一度も食事が出来なかった。
今朝も食欲なし。明日から合宿も含めて５日間連続の日程が
入っている。近くの高島平中央病院へ行く。診察、投薬を
受ける。夏風邪か？
早速、少量のうどんを食べ、５種類の薬を飲む。明日からの
仕事にそなえる。今日も１日寝ている。
６月１日に帰国後、直ぐに伊豆高原、福島と旅行をし、
数日前には午前２時まで飲み、翌朝は午前４時半に起き
モーニングセミナーと結構日程が詰まっていた。
途中、様々な問題もあり、精神的・肉体的に疲れがたまった
のも事実。
明日からの日程・仕事に迷惑をかけないよう、早く体調を
回復したい。
