自宅で仕事
終日雨。寒い。
１８通のメール受信。１６通のメール送信。
６月２０日からの写真取材の諸準備を行う。
関係者と何度も電話、メール等での連絡。
その他の諸問題。
１日、メール、電話で終わる。
午後、高島平団地内の商店街へ買い物。
イーストサイド商店街というのがあるが、
７軒のお店が廃業していた。日本の景気の
実態を反映している。
昨日から自宅で『手製納豆』作りをはじめている。
３００グラムの大豆を一晩水に漬けておく。
漬けておいた大豆を洗い、煮る。指で押してつぶれる程度に
なったら、耳掻き１杯程度の粉の「納豆菌」を１０ＭＬの無菌水に
入れてまぜる。
その後、２４時間定温で保温する。今朝１０時、２４時間の
保温が終わる。
納豆菌が醗酵し、納豆の匂いとネバネバが出る。
その後、１２時間冷蔵庫へ入れて、熟成する。
１０人分ほどの手作り納豆が出来上がった。
今回は初めての手作り納豆だった。
少し硬く、ねばりも若干足りない。次回への反省である。
家族で夕食時に食べる。納豆の香りと舌触りがある。
粘りが少し足りない。
粉の納豆菌を専門に作っている会社がある。
