腰痛で１日寝ている
寒い。
腰痛がひどく１日寝ている。身体を動かすのにも
一苦労。温シップ、次男のマッサージ（大極安子さん仕込み）
ホッカイロで腰を暖める。
１～２年に１回程度の割合で腰痛になる。
昨日と今日すべき原稿書きなどの予定が全て出来なくなった。
早く治るよう「もがい」ているが、結局、寝ているのが最良の
ようだ。メールがたくさんきているが、中々返事が出来ず
失礼している。
