「子どもの家」入所希望者自宅訪問
晴天。終日真夏日。
午前９時、「子どもの家」入所希望の子どもの家庭を訪問。
ミン君（６歳）。６年前に「子どもの家」へ入所し、その後卒業し
現在は、刺繍みやげ物店でミシンをしているHさん（１８歳）の
甥に当たる。ミン君の母親がHさんの姉。
ミン君は諸般の事情で父親不明。母親は南の町のどこかに
いるとのこと。出生届けをしていないので、戸籍がない。
「子どもの家」に入所したら直ぐに戸籍を作ることにする。
現在は、祖母とHさんと３人で住んでいる。
祖母は６２歳。路上などのビニールを回収して生活している。
ビニール拾いの１日の収入は４０円位。月収１０００円。
ベトナム事務所付属みやげ物店で働いている
おばさんのHさんの月収は５０００円程度。
祖母、Hさんの月収合計は６０００円ほど。
８㎡（２M×４M)の１室を借りている。家賃は１５００円。
１つのベッドに３人で寝ている。
家賃と食費で６０００円の月収はなくなっています。
ミン君は９月から小学校１年生。このままでは
学校へ行けない。祖母の依頼で「子どもの家」へ
入所させることとした。ミン・ベトナム事務所長と
一緒に家庭を調査を実施した。
ミン君(６歳）に「子どもの家」に入りたい？と聞いてみた。
「うん」と大きな声で返事をした。
明日から「子どもの家」に入所させることとした。
「子どもの家」で明るく・元気に生活してくれることを
願う。
大変だが、入所希望の子どもたちは、私や
バオミン・ベトナム事務所長などが直接現地に行って
実態・実情を調査することにしている。書類調査はしない。
●８㎡のミン君・祖母・叔母の部屋
●入所希望のミン君と祖母、小山
午後３時、フエ市人民委員会ヘ。ニエン外務部長と懇談。
７月９日、１０日、１１日、１２日とフエ市を訪問する静岡市長
一行のフエ滞在日程を変更した。約１時間ほど公式行事の
内容を細かく協議した。
午後４時、日本テレビのディレクターから電話。
「笑ってコラえて｣の取材申し込み。１時間程電話で
話し合う。
午後４時過ぎ、「子どもの家」へ。
「子どもの家」では近畿JCが作った中庭コンクリートの最終
仕上げをしていた。１センチほどのコンクリートを丁寧に
塗っていた。これで「子どもの家」の子どもたちも裸足で
サッカーが出来るようになる。改めて近畿JCの皆さん
に深謝。
「子どもの家」では子どもたちが楽しく夕食を摂っていた。
午後９時半、ハノイのテレビ取材コーディネーターより電話。
日本テレビ取材の件で話し合う。
日教組機関誌「教育評論｣７月号の原稿骨子を考える。
今週中に１６００字を書きあげる予定。
