日本滞在最終日
晴天。気温２０度を越す。
午前中、池袋へ買い物。帰国関連の品物を買う。
時計が壊れたので２０００円の安い時計を買う。１０００円の時計
もあったが、バンドがチタンではないので買えなかった。
私はひどい金属アレルギーのため普通の時計バンドでは
左腕の手首が真っ赤に腫れてしまう。チタンは金属が
溶け出さない。
日本では起こらなかったが、
ベトナムでは暑く汗を多量にかくため、汗で金属が溶け出し
アレルギーとなる。これは、めがねのフレームも同じである。
日本ではならなかったが、ベトナムへ行ったら多量の汗の
ためにフレームの金属が溶け出し、赤くただれ、黒くシミと
なってしまう。ベトナムに住むのも意外な所に困難があった。
久しぶりで池袋にでたら、人の多さに「酔って」しまった。
家族でサンシャインCITYをぶらぶらと１時間ほど歩いたが
ひどく疲れる。人ごみの流れの速さと雰囲気に呑まれた。
年齢のせいか、ベトナムに長期間住んだせいか？・・・・・
昼食はサンシャインCITYの蕎麦屋「文左衛門」へ。
盛りそば８００円とやけに高い。狭いでお店で２人のお客が
タバコを吸っている。体中に私の一番嫌いなタバコの匂いが
染み付く。やたら手の込んだようなお蕎麦だったが、タバコの
匂いで味もなにもあったものではなかった。
高級で美味しい蕎麦を売りものにするのなら、最低室内を
禁煙にしないと蕎麦はまずくなる。
店の責任者の能力というものは、こうした所の配慮に
よく出るものである。自分で作った品物への評価と価値を
これほど低める店主もいないものである。
この店主は料理への才能と能力がない。美味しくお蕎麦を
食べるということの本当の意味を理解していない。
料理について無知な人間である。
喫煙者を追い出すと売り上げが減るなどというのでは、
自分の仕事への誇りが全くない人間であるといいたくなる。
タバコで美味しい料理が食べられないほど情けなく「腹が立つ」
こともない。
帰り池袋の外回りホームの下にある古本屋へ行く。
改札を入ってから古本が買えるのもありがたい。

・「君たちはどう生きるか」（吉野源三郎 著：岩波書店）１００円
本の内容と値段は全く一致しない。
明日のベトナム行きの飛行機で読む本。
午後２時頃帰宅。杉花粉症の症状がひどい。
この１２年、３月末から４月に日本へ帰国したことはない。
４月１７日まで花粉症で悩まされるとは・・・・・・。
明日はフエへ帰国できる。花粉症から解放される。
午後、近畿JC関連のベトナム側諸担当などの文書の
まとめ。ミンさんとの連絡など。
午後６時半、近畿青年会議所の赤井さんより電話。
４月２１日からの「GTS」（グローバル・トレーニング・スクール）
最終的な打合わせ。
夜、人から預かってベトナムへ持っていく品物なとの最終点検。
高校の同級生の與芝君から「久保田万寿」（１、８ℓ：１升）をもらう。
新潟朝日酒造。新潟地震で大量の久保田など美味しいお酒が
割れてしまった。波田陽区流に言えば「残念」。
今回は千歳鶴（純米吟醸：札幌）があったので、とうとう飲めない
で明日フエへ帰国するはめとなった。今日は久保田万寿を
７２０ｍｌびんに詰めて冷蔵庫へしまう。２ヶ月後の日本帰国時に
飲むため、今から準備。與芝君に感謝。
ぬか漬けが１日で漬かるようになった。
１５度～２０度以上になると１日。１５度以下だと２日間
かかる。
