省観光局長懇談 オランダＮＧＯ懇談 ・・・・・
１日曇り。
午前８時半、トゥアティエンフエ省観光局長と懇談。
ミンさん、ラームさん同行。トゥアティエンフエ省観光局と
協力して実施している「静岡フエ青年交流会館」付属日本語学校
の観光コース。１月中旬で「レストランコース」、「レセプションコース」
が終了し卒業となる。今後の２コースをどうするのかを話し合う。
観光局からは、2年間のガイドコース、そして上記2コースの
結果は良かった。引き続き２コースを継続して欲しいとのこと。
私の方からは、日本語学校一般コースの初級と合同で4ヶ月から
５ヶ月勉強し、最後に専門分野の勉強をすることを提案し合意。
今後、私にトゥアティエンフエ省の観光大使をして欲しいとの話し
があった。また、トゥアティエンフエ省のホテル、企業等は今後
日本との交流を行う計画である。その際、行う各種セミナーの
講師になって欲しい。日本についての情報、知識、伝統などを
関係者に教えて欲しい。日本とベトナムの両方を知っている
私のような人間がベトナム人のためのセミナーの講師に最適
とのこと。当面「ベトナム観光協会」の会員になって欲しいとの
こと。了承する。
レセプション、レストランコースは、3月から募集初め、4月に
第２期を開講することとした。
その後、ベトナム事務所員に集まってもらい観光局長との
懇談内容を伝える。
●トゥアティエンフエ省観光局長との懇談
午後2時半、フォンザングループのドン社長と懇談。
午後3時半、「子どもの家」の卒業生でフォンザンホテル
厨房で仕事をしているトゥーイさんがトンチンカンホテル
に来る。現在、事情でＩＤ（ベトナム人がその所持を義務付けられ
ている身分証明書明）を持っていない。毎日のように
公安が家に来て「大家さん」を締め上げる。結局、今まで
住んでいた貸家にいられなくなり、引っ越す。そこにも
公安が来て「いじわる」をする。何とかＩＤカードを作って欲しい、
とのこと。直ぐ公安幹部に連絡しＩＤを作れるよう手配をする。
●卒業生トゥーイさんと
午後4時、オランダのＮＧＯ「ＳＮＶ」のフエ代表と懇談。
ＳＮＶはハノイなどベトナムで5箇所で地域開発をしている
ＮＧＯである。同時に世界組織でもある。ＳＮＶの
フエ代表はカナダの￥のバンクーバー島出身。
フエでは、ナムドン山岳少数民族の支援を行っている。
ナムドン山岳少数民族の生活向上のため観光開発を
行っている。地球の歩き方ツアーなどでナムドンへ
来て欲しいとのこと。
今日は1日、色々な人たちとの懇談などで終わった。
通訳を入れたり、英語での交流は疲れる。
