ベトナム事務所ＳＡＮ先生誕生日
今日も朝から真夏。青空。
ベトナム事務所日本語教師のＳＡＮ先生の００回目の誕生日。ＳＡＮ先生は１０年前に私がフエ師範大学で教えた日本語クラスの２期生。ベトナム事務所△△△△の女性日本語教師が準備しベトナム事務所で誕生日を祝った。（０と△に当てはまる言葉を考えてください）

ベトナム事務所員全員が「しおり」にお祝いの言葉を書く。
料理のフオンさんが再度入院。今朝５時半、優子の部屋に電話があり、体調を崩し再度入院した、食事を作ることは出来ない、とのこと。
フオンさんは、１９９５年から私の料理を作ってくれている。１９９５年８月、突然フエ師範大学から「小山は日本の警察のスパイだ」「学生の日本語能力が低下した」との理由で解雇された。同時に警察から軟禁措置を申し渡された。私は９月からフエのミニホテルに「軟禁」状態となった。そのミニホテルの料理担当がフオンさんだった。３ヶ月間の軟禁措置が解け、私はフオンザンホテルの前にベトナム事務所を開設。その２階に泊まることとなった。
フオンさんは１階で私のために３食作ってくれるようになった。それから２年間程は「闘争」だった。
私が食事を食べきれず残すと「小山さんは私の食事がますいのですか？」と詰め寄られた。
賢いフオンさんはその後、料理を工夫し、私にとっては美味しいベトナム料理を作ってくれるようになった。
朝７時、優子、美智代と一緒に「ブンボーフエ」の店へ行く。
その後、私のお腹が変調をきたし、下痢と吐き気。
昼食は炊飯器を使い「おかゆ」を作って食べる。
賞味期限が１年ほど前に切れている「シバ漬け」で
食べる。
明日からはラームさんのお母さんが作ってくれるとのこと。
１８通のメールを受信。６通返信。
午後、昼寝中にシャワールで轟音。行っていると熱湯が吹き出ている。温水を貯めるタンクのチューブが切れて熱湯が吹き出ていた。
