暑い。
気温３５度。湿度８７％。（ベトナムＴＶより）
湿度が高いので気分が悪くなる。

午前中、京都の高校生から来た「ボランティア」についての質問に答える文書を書く。
午後、国際ソロプチミスト東京ー東へ電話。
２３通のメール受信。１０通の送信。
ベトナム事務所へ。ベトナム事務所では、京都の三津川君が日本語学校で教える準備をしていた。隣の橋本先生に色々と聞きながら、真剣に授業の準備をしている。良い日本語教師になることだろう。
その後、ドンバ市場まで約１時間徒歩。湿度８７％という気候はかなりきついものである。体中、汗でびっしょり。高湿度、高温で気持ち悪くなる。
ＮＨＫ衛星放送でニュースを見る。小泉首相が北朝鮮へ再度行くそのこと。この首相は、マスコミ対策だけは本当に上手である。今日は民主党の代表に小沢氏が決まる日であった。当然、「小沢氏民主党代表となる」というニュースがマスコミのトップになる筈だった。「小泉北朝鮮再訪」で「小澤代表」と民主党は霞んでしまった。その上、「小泉首相も国民年金を支払っていない時期があった」と「北朝鮮再訪」というニュースの影でこっそりと発表するというマスコミ対策と７月の参院選挙対策だけはしっかりと計算している首相である。
北朝鮮再訪で拉致問題がどう解決されるのか？
拉致問題を選挙に利用するような匂いを感ずる。
小泉首相は「年金は完納している」と何度も断言していた。今になって「義務化される前の未納は問題ではない」と居直りの態度。嘘つき首相。
報道によれば首相は２０歳になった６２年１月から３月までの３カ月間は「浪人中の予備校生」だったことを理由に、加入の手続きをしていなかったそうだ。厚生労働省年金局によると、当時の法律では予備校生は強制加入の対象だという。
ということは、納入の義務のあった時に支払いをしていなかったということである。
首相は二つの嘘を言っていた。一つは「完納した」発言。実際には未納の時期があったこと。二つ目は、義務化された後は納入の義務があるが、未納の時期が義務化されていない時期だから問題ないと言っていたが、「浪人中は支払いの義務があった」のである。嘘に嘘を塗り固めた首相。
年金の未納など小さな問題だと言っている某政党の幹事長もいるが、これは政治家、特に政治のトップの道義の問題である。嘘つきはいけない。国民に嘘をつくようでは、何をしても信用できない。
この首相は自分の言ったことに全く責任を持たない人である。
「フセインが大量破壊兵器を持っているのでアメリカのイラク先制攻撃は正当である」と言い、国債は３０兆円以内にと言っていたのが、いつのまにか３０兆円を突破・・・・・・・。
今日は暑く、湿気も高いので色々と書きたいのだが、これ以上書く気力がでない。残念。
