ホーチミン主席生誕１１４年
午前中は青空の真夏。午後、急転直下暗雲ー雨。
今日はホーチミン主席の生誕１１４年記念日。

夜は「静岡フエ青年交流会館」付属日本語学校開催。

午前中は真夏の暑さ。午後は雨が降り寒さを感じた。気候の変動が大きく、体調を崩す「フエ人」が多い。
１１４年前の今日、ホーチミン主席が中部ゲアン省で生まれた。その後、首都のフエで生活する。１８９０年５月１９日のこと。
数週間前からテレビなどではホーチミン主席の偉大さをイメージアップす番組や討論会が行われている。
今日は誕生日当日。ハノイで共産ホーチミン青年団員の大学生によるホーチミン主席の偉大さなどについての弁論大会が行われた。一人２０分ほどの弁論後、審査員のお偉いさんから質問を受け、答えられるかどうかの審査を受ける。テレビで２時間ほど全国中継された。
フエ市内には「ホーチミン主席生誕１１４年を熱烈にお祝いする」との看板がかかっていた。
一般市民は政府やマスコミと対照的に冷静な対応である。
午後、「ベトナムの教育事情」の原稿を書く。２５００字。
夜、「静岡フエ青年交流会館」付属日本語学校を参観。フン先生と三津川先生（京都）が協力して日本語を教えていた。
気候の大きな変化についてゆけず、一日中身体がだるい。
日本では政治が大きく流れている。小澤一郎氏の民主党代表立候補辞退、岡田代表選出。２２日の小泉首相訪朝。内閣府による日本テレビの訪朝取材拒否・言論報道統制問題。続々現れる年金未納議員。小泉首相も大学時代義務化されていた国民年金を未納していたとのこと。
細田官房長官が運転手の給料など３９００万円もの大金を民間会社に肩代わりしてもらい、政治資金報告をしていなかった事件・・・・。混沌と腐敗が一層進行して行く日本の政治状況である。
