「ボランティア貯金取材」打ち合わせ

午前８時半から「ボランティア貯金」取材の打ち合わせ。
取材準備のために数軒の家庭を訪問する。途中、「国立体育館」建築工事を見る。

郵政公社が発行し国際ボランティア貯金普及協会が編集している「ＷＩＴＨ ＹＯＵＲ ＬＯＶＥ」という雑誌がある。６月３日から６日までの４日間、雑誌の取材がある。「子どもの家」や私たちの現地での活動を取材し雑誌に掲載してくれるとのこと。
４日間の取材が効率的に進むようベトナム事務所で担当者（小山、ミン・サン・三津川）の会議を開き、日程の調整、諸準備等を行った。
明日５月３０日から６月２日までの４日間は静岡市助役一行７人がフエを公式訪問する。フエ市長などと『友好都市提携』の具体的な打ち合わせを行う。私たちＪＡＳＳは両市の提携の「仲人役」である。これも私たちの会の目的「日越の友好・交流の促進」の大事なボランティア活動である。私たちのような小さな海外ボランティアが静岡市（人口７０万人）とフエ市（人口３０万人）を動かし、友好都市提携が実現することは喜びにたえない。
静岡市助役一行のフエ訪問の翌日から４日間「ボランティア貯金取材｣団の受け入れ。結局、明日５月３０日から６月６日まで気が休まらない日が続くが、両市の友好都市提携もボランティア貯金取材もありがたいことである。訪問の皆さんに感謝。
フエ市内の外れにベトナム政府が「国立体育館」を建築中である。体育館は田んぼの真ん中にある。体育館に通じる道を作るため行政が一方的に「地図に線を引く」。行政から立ち退き通告を受けて１ヶ月以内に立ち退かなかればならない。
かなりの家が「退去通告」を受け、自主的に家を壊し引っ越していった。しかし３軒の家は「退去通告」を無視していた。数日前、軍隊と警察が出て、町全体を封鎖し、３軒の家を完璧に破壊した。
３軒の家が退去通告に従わなかったのは、あまりにも安い土地買い上げ価格のためである。この土地は商店街の道に面していた。１㎡５００ドルが相場だそうだ。しかし政府買い上げ価格は１㎡１２０ドル。それでは「ただで取られるような」もの。
多くの家はこの国で行政など権力に楯突けばどんな仕打ちが待っているか「多くの実例」を体験している。しぶしぶ『退去通告』を受け入れ去って行った。しかし、３軒は徹底抗戦。しかし、軍隊と警察の圧倒的な国家権力の前には無力。更に数軒が「退去を拒否」していたが、強制破壊を目の当たりにし、今日は自分で家を壊していた。
数軒先には、トゥアティエンフエ省幹部などの邸宅が並んで建っている。ここは、「どうしてか」強制退去の線引きから見事に外れていた。
作詞家の「森田ヤエ子」さんが亡くなった。７６歳。６０年安保、三井三池炭鉱闘争で多くの歌を作った。１９６０年６月５日、三井三池闘争の最中に開かれた三川坑（みかわこう）ホッパー前の「三池のうたごえ」で歌われた「がんばろう」の作詞者。作曲は荒木栄（１９６２年３８歳で死亡）。私が「がんばろう」を最初に歌ったのは、１９６３年、高校１年の時に板橋区の凸版印刷労働組合の春闘デモに参加した時だった。最後に歌ったのは１９８７年頃だったと思う。東京都庁前の集会だった。確か宣伝カーの上で私がアコーディオンを弾いた記憶がある。私が森田ヤエ子さんの詩で３つ好きな詩がある。一つは上記「がんばろう」。次が「わが母の歌」。３つ目が「花をおくろう」である。「花をおくろう」は、私の結婚式の時に入場か何かで演奏したもらった記憶がある。
読者の多くの方々は「森田ヤエ子」さんを知らないと思うので、ご逝去に際し哀悼の気持ちを込めて、３つの詩を紹介し今日の日記とする。
