藤田さんフエ滞在２日目
今日も朝８時から夜９時まで、藤田さんとフエ省・フエ市などの幹部との懇談を行った。
以下、午前中の懇談
左（トゥアティエンフエ省メー知事懇談）
中（フエ市人民委員会懇談）
右（カオ・フエ市新市長）
午後の懇談
左（ホーチミン青年団幹部と懇談）
中（ティエン前フエ市長と懇談）
右（フエ市人民委員会との晩餐会）
午前８時、トゥアティエンフエ省のメー知事と懇談。フエ市と静岡市との友好関係の強化について懇談する。
午前９時、グエンフエ高校校長と懇談。グエンフエ高校と静岡の高校との姉妹校提携問題について協議。
午前１０時、フエ市人民委員会と懇談。クアン・フエ市共産党委員長、カオ・フエ市長、ニエン外務部長、小山、ラーム、ミン。
フエ市と静岡市との友好都市提携の前進に向けて、お互い協力すること、今後の両市の提携の具体的な進め方などを協議する。
午後２時、フエのホーチミン共産青年団幹部と協議。今後両市の青年の交流強化について意見交換をしたい。
午後３時、ティエン前フエ市長を表敬訪問。ティエン氏は現在トゥアティエンフエ省建築局長の要職にある。
午後６時半、フエ市人民委員会との晩餐会。
クアン・フエ市共産党委員長、カオ・フエ市新市長、ニエン外務部長、ホアン外務部員。小山、もえ子副代表、ミン・ベトナム事務所長、ラーム、優子、サン日本語教師。
