久しぶりの日曜日
終日晴天。暖かい。２月７日にフエに戻り９日目。やっと休みが取れた。朝７時、ＮＨＫ日曜討論を聞く。農水大臣出席。BSE(牛海綿状脳症)、
とりインフルエンザ問題。
その後、総会関連の議案、諸準備等のメールを日本事務所長などと交換。

午前９時、１ヶ月半ぶりにドンバ市場で「チャーゾー」（豚肉のソーセージ）を買う。
低温で２０分ほど入浴。明礬（みょうばん）の湯。このみょうばんの湯が体に何とも言えない温かさとリラックス感をもたらす。
ＮＨＫ素人のど自慢を見ながら「フダビール」三缶を空ける。午前１１時からしばらく昼寝。
日本教育公務員弘済会の月刊誌へ寄稿する原稿（２００４年４月号）２０００字を書く。これから１年間、毎月２０００字の原稿を書き、１枚か２枚の写真を載せることになる。
午後５時過ぎ、「子どもの家」へビデオと写真を撮りに行く。途中、フオン川に夕日が映り何とも言えない雰囲気を醸し出していた。
「子どもの家」では、ＬＹ君と弟のＩＮ君が友達と遊んでいた。子どもたちは、食堂にあるテレビを見ていた。
前期の成績も出た子どもたちであるが、夕食後、もう後期のための勉強をしている子がいた。
午後７時４０分頃、地球の歩き方ツアーがフエ空港へ着く予定だった。ラームさん、もえ子が出迎えに行っている。フエのホテルに到着する前に私に電話があるはずだったが、なかなか電話がこない。結局、フエ空港に着いたのが午後８時４０分。ホテル着は午後９時２０分だった。私は、ホテルで出迎え。１１人の大学生。昨年から行っている地球の歩き方ツアーであるが、今回で６回目位か？ 男子学生が来たのは初めて。８０人目にして初めての男子学生。
１１人のツアー参加者の中に千葉県柏市立柏高校で５年前に全校集会の人権講演会があり私の話を聞いた大学生がいた。
午後１０時近くになってもえ子と一緒にトンチンカンホテルに戻る。部屋に戻ってはたと気づく。
朝１０時に缶ビール３本飲んだきりだった。
おなかがすいたので、夕食分として「フダビール」３本飲む。結局、今日の食事は缶ビール６本。
若者風に言えば「超体に悪い食事」ということになる。いつもだと、日曜日は自分で食事を作っているのだが、今日は作る気力がなかった。まあ、ビールも麦で出来ているから多少は栄養もあるだろう。
ビールを飲みながら２月２２日総会の議事日程案について、寒河江日本事務所長から来た原案に目を通す。
