福田もえ子副代表御生誕２５周年記念式典開催
午後７時から「静岡青年交流会館」付属日本語学校の授業の様子をビデオ撮影。（２月２２日総会で披露）
その後、「子どもの家」で日本語を教えている西山優子の授業風景を撮影。（総会披露）
午後９時過ぎ、福田もえ子副代表の御生誕２５周年記念の式典を開催。福田副代表には内緒で、西山優子、坂本文子が企画。生誕記念ケーキは西山優子がわざわざ日本（札幌製）から持ってきた。

福田副代表は、午後９時過ぎまで「静岡青年交流会館」で日本語を教えていた。
西山優子、ラーム、私がトンチンカンホテルの食堂で「御生誕２５周年記念式典」の諸準備を完了し、部屋を暗くして待機。一緒に日本語を教えていた坂本文子が、福田副代表を「それとなく」トンチンカンホテルの食堂へ誘導。
食堂に入ると真っ暗な部屋にローソクが灯り、西山優子のバイオリンを伴奏に、皆で「ＨＡＰＰＹ ＢＩＲＴＨＤＡＹ ＴＯ ＭＯＥＫＯ」を合唱。
ワインで乾杯。福田副代表のケーキカット。
今日は、北朝鮮の「金正日」将軍様のご生誕記念日でもある。それにあわせ、我がベトナム事務所でも福田もえ子「将軍様」のご生誕２５周年記念式典を盛大に挙行した次第。
優子、文子、ラームのベトナム事務所「喜び組」の饗応接待は深夜まで続く。
午後１０時、フエ市人民委員会外務部長より電話。今日、フエ市人民委員会として、正式に「３施設の統合」（「子どもの家」、オートバイ修理工場、静岡会館）が決定され認証の書類が出来たとの連絡。『今外務部で祝賀会をしているの来てください」とのこと。急いで、ラームさんと出席。午後１１時過ぎまで乾杯を繰り返す。
帰宅は午前１２時前。
その後、日記を書くがインターネットが繋がらず日記を書くことが出来なかった。
