病院へ行った
朝８時半、妻の学校へ。９月まで休職するとの病院の診断書を提出する。校長先生、教頭先生と懇談。
また体調が元に戻らない現状を説明する。
午前１１時、新宿の榊原記念病院へ通院。心電図、血液検査をし診療。１ヵ月半前に取った血液検査の結果を説明してもらう。中性脂肪が基準の４倍。心臓チェックの酵素が基準の４０倍とのこと。食事と運動、肥満に注意し、血圧を上げないよう指導を受ける。
