蕎麦屋で一杯
昨夜は数十センチの積雪。早朝から除雪車が出動。騒音で目が覚める。
江戸時代、蕎麦屋は一杯飲み屋だったそうだ。そばは２枚で一人前。１枚目はお酒のおつまみ。２枚目を食事にしたそうだ。今でも当時の名残りが残っている蕎麦屋がある。札幌市内北区北２９条にある手打ちそば処「つくだ屋」はそうした店の一つ。１日５０食しか蕎麦を出さない。午前１１時半に開店し、５０食終わると閉店。
今日は家族で午前１１時半ちょっと前に行く。
てんぷら盛り合わせをつまみに地酒「白山」で軽く一杯。冷えて少し甘い「白山」が五臓六腑に染み渡る。もりそば２枚、こしがあり美味しい。美味しい蕎麦を食べると一日が何となく明るくなる。人間の幸福感とは単純な物かもしれないが・・・。
朝日新聞に特定非営利活動法人（NPO法人）の「消費者問題研究会」が、長谷工から３０００万円、他団体も含め５０００万円以上のお金を恐喝していたとの記事が出ていた。実質的な責任者は元暴力団員だそうだ。
これからはNPOやNGPも「玉石混淆」時代になる。真っ当なNGO.NPOと怪しげな暴力団や金儲けのために作ったNGO。NPOが並存する。
私たちのJASSもそうした中で、真っ当なNGO,NPOだと誰でも分かるようにしなければその存立が難しい時代が近い将来やってくる。そのためには、JASSの全ての活動、財政の「公開」がなによりも必要である。財政から活動まで全てを「ガラス張り」にすることが大事である。
現時点では、日本のNGO.NPOはその努力が足りない。
「私たちに任せろ。良い様にする。あとは文句をいうな」式の活動スタイルが多い。今回、私は「第１０回JASS総会」の全ての議案の素案をHPで公開することを提案している。幸い、多くの方々の賛同を得て、総会議案の素案、議案作りの過程をHPで全て公開することとした。画期的な取り組みである。JASSの活動はいつも既存の活動を打破して新しい取り組みを進めている。
近日中に「第１０回総会議案の素案」がJASSHPに掲載される。会員も会員以外の方々にもご意見を頂き、総会議案を豊かなものにしていきたい。
そうした取り組みを通してしか、本物のNGO.NPOか偽物かは分からないのである。NGO・NPO側の努力と取り組みが求められている。
